Acceptance & Applicability of Terms
By accessing or using the mo2 website or platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable under the laws of Bangladesh. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using the platform.
These Terms & Conditions apply to all registered and unregistered users. mo2 reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and continued access to the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Registration Requirements
- Each user may only create one account.
- Accurate and truthful information must be provided at the time of registration.
- Documents required for age verification must be submitted upon request.
- Sharing an account or registering an account under someone else's name is strictly prohibited.
Account Security
- Keep your password and login credentials strictly confidential.
- Notify mo2 immediately of any unauthorised access to your account.
- Users are solely responsible for all activity on their account.
- If you notice any suspicious transactions, contact our support team immediately.
Platform Usage Rules & Restrictions
The following rules must be followed at all times when using the mo2 platform:
- The use of automated software, bots, or scripts on any part of the platform is strictly prohibited.
- Harassing other users, spreading false information, or engaging in fraudulent behaviour is strictly prohibited.
- Any attempt to interfere with the security of the system or servers is strictly prohibited.
- Using multiple accounts to abuse bonuses or promotional offers is not permitted.
- Copying or using mo2's content, designs, or software without permission is prohibited.
Violating the above rules may result in mo2 suspending or closing your account without prior notice.
Payments, Transactions & Account Policy
Payments & Deposits
All transactions on mo2 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits and withdrawals are supported via bKash, Nagad, and other approved mobile banking methods. A minimum deposit amount applies, and identity verification may be required before withdrawals can be processed.
Each transaction may take some time to process. mo2 is not responsible for technical delays caused by third-party payment services. mo2 reserves the right to verify any transaction it deems suspicious.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Mo2 may temporarily or permanently suspend any account due to a breach of terms, suspected fraud, or legal reasons. If an account is closed, any outstanding balance will be reviewed before a decision on refund is made. Users may also request account closure at any time.
Bonus & Promotion Terms
- Each bonus has its own wagering requirements.
- This bonus applies to one account only.
- Any misuse of bonuses will result in their cancellation.
- Promotional offers must be used within the specified time period.
- Mo2 reserves the right to modify any offer at any time without prior notice.
Liability, Intellectual Property & Third Parties
Limitation of Liability
Mo2 is not liable for any loss arising from decisions made by users based on content or information available on the platform. Liability is also limited for losses caused by technical errors, server disruptions, or third-party payment failures. Betting and gaming carry financial risk, and users participate entirely at their own risk.
Intellectual Property
Mo2's logos, designs, software, content, and all intellectual property are the exclusive property of mo2. Reproduction, distribution, or modification of any of these without written permission is strictly prohibited.
Third-Party Links & Services
The mo2 platform may include services from third-party payment gateways or game providers. mo2 is not responsible for the policies or actions of these third parties, and users are advised to review the terms of those services as well.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Mo2 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. A notice may be posted on the platform for significant changes. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
